For first time users:
Create an account
  1. Go to "My Account" in the menu bar and select "Create An Account" from the drop-down menu, then follow the instructions.

For returning users:
To make a reservation

  1. Go to "My Account" in the menu bar and select "Log In".
    Your  User Id  is the same as your  Vassar email username.
    Your  Password  is the same as your  Email / LDAP / Domain password.
  2. Go to "Reservations" in the menu bar and then make the appropriate selection from the drop-down menu for the type of reservation you would like to make. 
  3. Once you have completed the form, including any services or equipment needed, and clicked "submit" your request will be submitted to the Campus Activities Office for approval.  After submitting your space request you may log into the Request system and check on the status of your reservation.  To do so, go to "Reservations" in the blue menu bar and select "View my Requests."
  4. PLEASE NOTE: Your request is not a processed reservation until you receive email verification from Campus Activities. The status of your request will indicate whether your request was confirmed or denied.

Check for space availability

  • To "Browse for Space" go to "Browse" in the menu bar and select "Browse for Space".  You will be able to see if a specific space might be available before submitting a reservation request form.
  • To "Browse Facilities" go to "Browse" in the menu bar and select "Browse Facilities".  You will be able to see rooms, capacities and setup types before submitting a reservation request form.
